Lou Anne Barclay is a senior lecturer in International Business in the Department of Management Studies at the University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. Melissa Felician is on leave from Kairi Consultants Ltd, and is pursuing doctoral studies in Economics at the University of the West Indies. Norman Girvan is Professorial Research Fellow at the UWI Graduate Institute of International Relations at the University of the West Indies in St. Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. He has been Secretary General of the Association of Caribbean States, Professor of Development Studies and Director of the Sir Arthur Lewis Institute of Social and Economic Studies at the University of the West Indies, and head of the National Planning Agency of the Government of Jamaica.
