American Electric Power Co. Inc. is calling unrealistic the U.SnEnvironmental Protection Agency’s assumption that sufficient pro-nduction of ultra-low-sulfur coal from the Powder River Basin will benavailable to meet standards set in its Cross-State Air Pollution Rule.
