MEMC forms capital-raising division, forecasts growth through outside investment

MEMC Electronic Materials Inc. will continue in 2013 to focus on nsmall-scale solar projects that are financed largely through outside ninvestment. However, the company plans do so under the name nSunEdison Inc., a move that was announced March 13 at the same ntime the company unveiled the formation of a new capital-acquisi-ntion division known as SunEdison Capital.
