The U.S. government has filed notice in bankruptcy court that it plans tornserve subpoenas as it scrutinizes Alpha Natural Resources Inc.’s plan of reorganization.rnAmong those notified were Alpha CFO and Executive Vice PresidentrnAndy Eidson; Kevin Carmody, a restructuring adviser and vice president atrnGoldman Sachs; and Homer Parkhill, a managing director with RothschildrnInc.
