Bowie Resource Partners LLC was granted a fee reduction worth up to $19 million on coal mined from its Sufco operations in Utah, after the U.S. Bureau of Land Management determined that adverse geological conditions at the mine made the coal difficult to extract and would lead to abnormally high operating costs.
