Restoration of Power Distribution Systems With Multiple Data Centers as Critical Loads

In this paper, a post-event restoration method is proposed for power distribution systems with Internet data centers (IDCs) as critical loads. The proposed method is formulated as a mixed integer linear programming-based optimization model which considers
