Principles of designing measurement systems and three new kinds of measurement instruments for slope engineering

A measurement system of high efficiency is indispensable for the design, construction and function of slope engineering projects. For this reason, a few principles of the design of a measurement system are suggested according to experiences of measurements for slope engineering. Besides, according to practical requirements and situations, it's important to research and produce new facilities to improve the measurement services. The principles and applications of 3 new kinds of measurement instruments are discussed that, including the one-way bar joint gauge of LYM-1 type, were developed by us in recent years.
