Keith Wible is vice president of intelligence programs at SBI Technologies Corporation, Columbia, Maryland. He has more than 23 years of experience in strategic information technology and more than 20 years of experience managing programs in the intelligence community. At SBI, he is responsible for systems and mission support, e-learning and training facilitator services. Previously, Wible served as the program manager of the first voluntary outsourcing program for the U.S. Defense Department.
