Col. Kevin Smith, USAF (Ret.), is a military liaison for Praeses in the Shreveport-Bossier City area, located in northwest Louisiana. He works with Praeses to bring information technology services and solutions to the military.rnCol. Smith has been an active member of the ArkLaTex Chapter since July 2007, when he immediately began volunteering his time,rnefforts and ideas. He was the driving force behind the chapter's first-ever scholarship banquet and its associated Cyber Cup II golf tournament. His actions led to a professional banquet that featured Lt. Gen. Mike Peterson, USAF, chief of warfighting integration and chief information officer, Office of the Secretary of the Air Force, as the guest speaker.
