Larry Bingaman retired in 2007rnafter a dedicated career in thernU.S. Army. His last assignmentrnwas with the Army Information Systems Engineering Command.rnBingaman joined AFCEA in 1985 and is a long-time member of the Southern Arizona Chapter. He has served on the chapter's board and as chapter treasurer for more than 12 years. Since 2006, Bingaman has chaired the Command, Control. Communications, Computers and Intelligence Information Systems Technology (C~4IST) Exhibition and Career Fair. The event includes a golf tournament, evening receptions and technical exhibits. Proceeds from the event benefit the chap-rnter's scholarship program, which includes grants to local schools, educational opportunities for soldiers and scholarships for high school and college students.
