The Internet-based system enabling Massachusetts residents to pay motor vehicle citation fees in the comfort of their own homes has expanded to include additional, more involved transactions. The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles web site, originally designed only to disburse information, now includes such interactive features as registration renewal and special license plate ordering.
