Teachers and Students Receive Grants and Scholarships at the Chapter's 10th Annual Education Awards In August, the chapter honored the accomplishments of local students and educators during its annual Education Awards Dinner at Water's Edge Event Center in Belcamp, Maryland. AFCEA's education program raised nearly $54,000 in scholarships and grants to support local high schools in the Cecil County and Harford County school systems and Harford Community College.
