Rail depot automation - three depots, one system

As has been demonstrated by the KHM (Kinkempois, Hasselt, Melle) Project, dispatching and signalling at a rail depot can be handled from a single source thanks to the integration of the Siemens' BFR as the operations management computer and Track-guard Cargo MSR32 RaStw as the interlocking to form a single operations management system. The full range of necessary information from the different adjacent systems is provided at one central location and displayed at a common user interface. This prevents any loss of information and time between different systems and thus enables efficient operations management for rail depots.
