CELEBRATING 175 YEARS OF P&O HISTORY

Next year sees the 175th anniversary of P&O, who have been one of the major passenger operators in Britain and over the world for nearly two centuries.To commemorate the 175th anniversary Ferry Publications is producing a series of three books covering three very different aspects of the company.The first book, P&O 175, covers in full detail the history of the company from its routes in Shetland to its ownership under Dubai Ports.The second book covers the history of the ferry operations of the different groups within P&O which eventually came under one roof as P&O Ferries. Our final publication looks at the last ships ordered by Lord Stirling, the Oriana and the Aurora.
