Sailing Ship to Super Liner is a commemorative pictorial history of Falmouth Docks which celebrates the 150th anniversary of the laying of the foundation stone of the first dock on 28 February i860. The book contains over 200 illustrations and photographs of ships, cranes, oil rigs, maps, events and people associated with the port during the past 150 years, it is basically a pictorial history of the port, with many historical images as well as colour photos of the huge variety of shipping that has visited the port.
