Sanoyas Shipbuilding Corporation

Established in 1911, Sanoyas is one of the oldest shipbuilders in Japan. From the beginning, it has concentrated on newbuilds and the repair of various vessel types, while diversifying its business in such fields as tanks, parking systems, construction apparatuses and amusement equipment. The ship division is, however, still its main line of business, which will be further developed to build the trust of shipowners. Mizushima Shipyard has vast experience in building various vessel types and has always met with customer satisfaction. Along with ships, the company manufactures large-scale iron and steel structures, such as LPG tanks. Efficiency and economy are maximized at its 291,000-square-meter factory with such technology and facilities. Additionally, new 800-ton cranes were installed in 2008 with expectations high for streaming the system at Mizushima Shipyard.
