Armstrong delivers domestic trio

The third quarter of 2012 has seen US boatbuilder Armstrong Marine complete and deliver a series of small boats for US interests. The group completed a 9.1m x 3.4m welded aluminium fire catamaran for the Salem, Massachusetts Police Department. Weighing in at 4.5tonnes, the vessel is powered by two E-TEC outboard motors, rated at 184kW apiece, providing the vessel with a maximum speed of 46knots.
