One of the industry's leading lights in towage services and tug technology has teamed up with a maritime data specialist to provide optimisation solutions for in-port activities such as towing and bunkering. The Rotterdam-based joint venture PortX Holding will draw on the expertise of Kotug International and the data modelling and integration know-how of compatriot company Marana to formulate optimised ways of utilising assets.
