摘要

Chlamydia Trachomatis infection is an important sexually transmitted disease for review. Development and approval of new vaccines are the hope for infectious control of the possible emerging pandemic of this pathogen. The outer membrane protein of Chlamydia Trachomatis may have value as a protective immunogen in novel vaccines. This study reports preliminary data from the computation analysis of outer membrane protein to find potential B-cell epitomes using a new bioinformatics tool. The possible alternatives are reported. According to this investigation, 41SCSDCGTCTSCAEATT56 is the peptide with the best binding affinity. These data are useful for further vaccine development because these promiscuous peptide binders allows the minimization of the total number of predicted epitomes without compromising the population coverage required in the design of vaccines.
