摘要

This note has two purposes. (1) To repeat a corrigendum that was published in Vol. 7, No. 2 of this journal, but without a page number, thereby making it unavailable (a) to those using the electronic edition, and (b) to the indexing and abstracting services. (2) To review the developments in the two ground-breaking cases on the frontiers of sexual caselaw, now that enough time has elapsed for them to be considered concluded.
