摘要

SnO_2 nanocrystal (NC) was applied as a novel ECL signal reporter for sandwich-type electrochemiluminescence (ECL) detection of carcinoembryonic antigen with nanoporous PtRu alloy enhancement. For immobilizing more SnO_2 NCs, nanoporous PtRu alloy were synthesized by a selective dissolution of Al from PtRuAl alloy in NaOH, which has large area-to-volume ratio. And their interconnected skeletons are very favorable for electron transport, which can benefit for the ECL behavior. So the composite of SnO_2 NCs functionalized PtRu was used to label signal antibody to obtain enhanced ECL performance. And nanoporous silver was employed as a primary antibody carrier for our designed immunosensor based on a disposable microdevice. The resulting versatile immunosensor possesses high sensitivity, satisfactory reproducibility and stability, and good specificity.
