World's largest ship registry enters 100th year

On the eve of celebrating its 100th anniversary next year, the Panama Ship Registry administered by the Panama Maritime Authority (AMP) is in as fine a shape as it has ever been. It retains the lead it has enjoyed since the 1990s as the world's largest flag in terms of both tonnage and number of vessels, comfortably outpacing its rivals.
