BRIEFING: The DJC2 program is a Department of Defense (DoD) priority transformation initiative, with the Navy as the lead entity, that is providing a standardized, integrated, rapidly deloyable, modular, scalable and reconfigurable JC2 and collaboration system to the geographic combatant commanders and Joint Task Force (JTF) commanders. It supports en route, rapid response, early entry and full JTF headquarters C2 operations.
