Established June 1999) held their third general meeting on June 5th, 2001, where support to establish the citizen communication organization "Lifestyle and Bio Plaza 21" and the "Biotechnology Industrialization Strategy for the Post-Genome Era" (proposal) were adopted.rnFor this issue of STJ, we interviewed Mr. Katsuhiro Utada (JABEX Chairman, Japan Bioindustry Association Executive Advisor) about the progression that led to the establishment of "Lifestyle and Bio Plaza 21", the purpose of supporting that organization, as well as the proposal for "Biotechnology Industrialization Strategy for the Post-Genome Era".
