The Product Liability Law which had been tabled 20 years ago was enacted on June 22, 1994. It had been given wide publicity for a period of one year before it was promulgated and enforced on July 1, 1995. This article is written nearly one year afterwards. Have there been any changes in circumstances surrounding consumers during one year after the promulgation? Here are some of the effects which the law has had on consumers.
