TOPOLOGY OF EVOLUTIONARY STRUCTURE IN BIOLOGY

摘要

It is presumed that all biological phenomena should exhibit a common topological pattern. Argument in favour of a common unitary mechanism that maintains all biological form and function including evolution is put forward. It is proposed that the topological structure of the properties for all living matter is helical in nature. It is concluded that simple helical topological form is fundamental to all biological system and function and it resembles RNA, which is assumed as the basic molecular form of life.
