Leading in the Middle East

SAP has achieved many customer successes in the Middle East over the past decade, with the most recent representing some of the strongest demonstrations of the company's expertise in the region. Sergio Maccotta, managing director of the Middle East and North Africa region at SAP, explains what makes this region so dynamic, and how SAP plans to support its growth. The Egyptian government's decision to select SAP as its ERP software provider late last year represents a milestone. The five-year program, including a multi-million-dollar four-year agreement with the Egyptian National Postal Organization (ENPO), has strengthened SAP's foothold in the Middle East and signals the company's growing momentum in the region.
