This issue contains five articles that address workplace bullying, moral courage in the workplace, sustainabil-ity in auditing, psychological empowerment in Egypt, and first-year college student persistence. Onorato, in the first article, states that workplace bullying has not received the attention given to schoolyard bullying. Using data from 220 people surveyed across a number of economic and academic segments, he found a strong correlation between ethical leadership and reduced bullying within the tenured segment of higher education. In the second article, Chapa and Stringer recognize the difficulty involved in measuring moral courage in the workplace. Nevertheless, a study developed by the authors concluded that organizations can measure altruism and risk-taking behavior, two key factors closely related to moral courage.
