This issue contains five articles and recommended readings. The articles focus on a variety of topics such as how various generations interact in the workplace, transcultural leadership, drivers of corporate social responsibility, the relationship of leader compensation to performance, and effectiveness of video training. Stark and Farner, in the first article, maintain that age, experience, career path, and maturity may exert more influence on employees' values, attitudes, and work ethics than their particular generation. Despite this, they note that regarding "…conflict of workplace values between the four generational cohorts, the general perception is that conflict from such differences is a reality…" They caution, however, that more research is needed to predict with any confidence whether mil-lennials can adapt to situations where power is in the hands of people from different generations.
