Past SAM International President, S.G. (Bud) Fletcher, passed away on February 13, 2016. We are saddened by the loss of our friend and long-term member of SAM. Bud Fletcher was an active member of SAM and a key leader for many, many years. Bud served SAM in so many capacities, at the chapter (past president of the Lancaster Chapter) and national levels. He was a true entrepreneur who established Lancaster Electric Company and served effectively in many organizations. Our board members join me in dedicating this issue of the Journal as a small token of our appreciation for his enduring and valuable contributions to SAM. May God bless him and may he rest in peace. He will be missed dearly.
