This issue contains five articles that address legal and ethical considerations in the Wells Fargo scandal, the moral hazards of higher education faculty, a SWOT analysis of entrepreneurship in Japan and the "rice paper" ceiling, internet surveillance by human resource managers, and a 1970 reprint of this journal article published in 1970, about the difficulties involved in executive recruiting in the White House.
