Bridge procedures

In a wider review of how bridge procedures might be improved, the SAFEDOR team looked outside the bridge windows and suggested that co-ordination with other vessels could be improved and that transponders could be fitted to aids to navigation and in shallow water to relay additional information to the bridge team.
