In early January it was revealed that the 35 crewmen of the Seaman Guard Ohio - who have been imprisoned for three months in India on charges of bringing arms into territorial waters - had not been granted bail and released from an Indian jail, as was previously reported by AdvanFort, their employer and the charterer of the vessel.
