Southeast Asian colleges install Nautis simulators

Two officer-training colleges, in Vietnam and Indonesia, have boosted their ability to train deck officers by installing state-of-the-art bridge simulators. Ho Chi Minh City Maritime Vocational College, Vietnam, has recently taken delivery of a VSTEP Nautis Class A certified full mission bridge simulator with a 270° field of view through projection, while the Maritime Academy of Cirebon, Indonesia, has acquired a VSTEP simulator with a 240° field of view.
