IOSH Consultancy Group holds first roadshow event

The ways that safety and health consultants can bring about cultural changes within organisations were discussed at the first event of an IOSH roadshow series. Delegates - members of IOSH's Consultancy Group - also heard about employment law affecting them and what types of insurance they need. In one of the presentations, Sarah Cheetham examined the challenges that consultants face in influencing cultural changes for health and safety reasons. Sarah, a consultant from Sarah Cheetham Associates, said that staff throughout an organisation must be involved in cultural changes for them to be successfully implemented.
