摘要

An integral procedure that permits to calculate the power coefficients of electronic welders (EWs) is presented. The power coefficient K_p of the main electronic welders, beginning with the first samples and finishing with modern electronic welders, is analyzed using the proposed procedure. The modern units of electronic welders are equipped with correctors that secure a value of K_p close to unity. An electronic welder with a corrector ensuring K_p = 0.99 and an efficient half-bridge push-pull inverter has been designed.
