摘要

New magnetically hard materials based on Nd_2Fe_14B (2-14-1) are being introduced at the same time as they are being studied. These MHMt, like the rare-earth MHM SmCo_5, Sm_2Co_17, are produced by powder metallurgy, which includes smelting, dispersion to a size of no more than 10 μm, molding in an orienting magnetic field, and thermal and mechanical treatment. The MHM 2-14-1 has a residual induction B_r 25/100 grater than that of SmCo_5 and a maximum specific Magnetic energy (BH)_max 50/100 higher than that of SmCo_5, while its density is 12/100 less.
