ICAO Helicopter/Tiltrotor Study Group Annex 6 Recommendations On Final Glide Slope

As indicated by its name, the Helicopter Association International (HAI) is indeed an "international" organization. Although the majority of its members are located in the United States, a sizeable number, 30 percent of HAI Regular Commercial Operator members and approximately 20 percent of HAI Regular and Associate members, are based in other nations around the world. In addition to its large international membership base, many of HAI's U.S. members regularly do business outside the U.S. In HAI's ongoing efforts to represent these members effectively, and because international regulatory initiatives are expected to have an ever-growing role in determining the future direction of the U.S. domestic aviation policies of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), HAI actively monitors and participates in international regulatory activities on a regular, ongoing basis.
