HAI's Flight Risk Assessment Tool is a valuable web-based preflight planning and reporting resource available exclusively to HAI members. The assessment tool calculates a score based on risk factors such as weather, helicopter airworthiness, and pilot experience and condition, to determine how safe the planned flight is.Each HAI member has a -profile in which flight plans can be saved and recalled later. Members who fly to the same destinations repeatedly can save those destinations under "Mission Profiles," requiring only mission variables to be entered before each flight.
