Sikorsky is working on the 28 CH-148 Cyclones that the Canadian government contracted, but will be four years late now and isn't planning on delivery until late in 2010. The maximum penalty of $36 million in late fees was in place when the contract was signed, but the Canadian government has decided to give the company another two years before imposing any sanctions.
