摘要

Generally used theoretical and experimental methods for characterization and measurement of frequency stability, for atomic frequency standards, in the Fourier frequency domain, have been reviewed in Part Ⅰ of the work. Here, we present the various quantities proposed as stability measure in the averaging time domain, emphasizing their relation with the Fourier frequency domain, and describe the experimental procedures involved.
