摘要

For rubidium-strontium and other related isochronous Radiometric Age Methods (RAMs), it is proposed an optimization criterion based upon the minimization of the relative er- rors. According to this criterion, the age intervals which provide the best precision are calculated. At the same time, further implications regarding the suitability of these methods are discussed.
