Gebr. Pfeiffer supplies MPS Swing Mill for Colobmia's Cementos San Marcos

Colombia's Cementos San Marcos S.A. recently awarded a contract to Pembroke Pines, Fla.-based Gebr. Pfeiffer, Inc. (subsidiary of Gebr. Pfeiffer AG, Kaiserslautem, Germany) for an MPS Swing Mill at a new Cali plant near its limestonernquarry in Cobo Lloreda, north of Yumbo. The equipment manufacturer notes that its MPS Swing Mill offers producers the ability to grind different types of raw materials and clinker interchangeably with the same vertical roller mill, thereby increasing plant efficiency while minimizing overall mill investment costs.
