The customizable Grasan tracked belt feeder is designed for short travel from face to conveyor belt lines in quarries, and sand and gravel operations. The 130,000-lb., heavy-duty unit is powered by a high-torque, variable-speed, electro-hydraulic motor to provide greater durability, speed ratio capabilities and starting torque capacity. The feeder is equipped with E7 idlers and ceramic lag head pulley. Four independent hydraulic legs provide operational support during belt feeding. Remote pendant control is standard; however, the unit can be programmed for automatic operation from a control tower or other location.
