Aggregate Industries US, a Holcim Group Company, on August 17 reopened its Swampscott quarry located in Swampscott and Salem, Mass. "We are very happy to be reopening the quarry," said Graham Hardwick, senior vice president, Aggregate Industries Northeast. "Bringing jobs back to the area is good news. These are good-paying jobs that will help the local economy. Additionally, the reopening of the Swampscott quarry allows Aggregate Industries to service our customers by providing them with high-quality product produced locally."
