BMC Enterprises Acquires Lincoln County Sand & Gravel

BMC Enterprises Inc., the parent company of St. Louis-based Breckenridge Material Co., completed the acquisition of Lincoln County Sand & Gravel. The acquired assets will immediately increase BMC Enterprises aggregate production and will strategically provide long-term access to a significant natural glacial sand and gravel deposit. The new company will operate as BMC Sand LLC.
