During times of stress and anxiety it may be easy to default to easier options to get things done. For example, in June 2020, Dom Tolli, vice president of product development at the American Red Cross, stated,"... it's easy to postpone all non-essential training" [19, np]. However, Tolli went on to say that there are safe ways to effectively train workers right now, and the need to be innovative is necessary. To that end it is our hope that by updating and outlining personal training objectives and designs that have been used this year in the aggregates sector can help maintain and improve effective training techniques at respective operations.
