GREENTECH INNOVATIONS: UHP WATER JETTING TO TREAT 'END LIFE TIRES'

To the layman it seems almost unlikely, but spraying tires with water can be enough to remove rubber from steel. There are not a lot of companies working with UHP water jetting as a process for recycling tires. Roberto Verri, General Manager of Greentech Innovations, explained that his team has built up a great deal of experience in the chemistry and pharmaceutical industry and understands the processes for producing grades of high quality products. They also looked at the tire recycling market, aware of the potential value of a clean end product, and realized that the biggest issue the recycling sector faced was the ability to produce a consistently high quality end product. The Greentech Innovations industrial plant is located on an industrial estate in Northern Italy, close to Verona.
