This year's ACRS Conference, to be held at the Melbourne Convention Exhibition Centre, will be on the theme 'A Safe System: Making it Happen!'Presentations will relate to sub-themes dealing with Safe Speeds, Safe Road Use, Safe Vehicles, and Safe Roads and Roadsides.The best papers from the conference will appear in a special edition of the Journal of Transportation Safety & Security. Keynote speakers will include Dr Thomas A. Dingus, Director of the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute, and Dr Bruce Corben from MUARC.
