This is now the fifth year of my involvement, as part of the RIBA Small Practice Committee, in the Guerilla Tactics conference, which takes place next month. Each year we try to focus on subjects close to the hearts of small practitioners, and pack the day with valuable presentations and short sharp seminars. Running a practice myself I am only too well aware of the need to extract maximum value from a whole day out of the office.
